Luciano Caprini garden designer was in charge of the design of the garden park of the luxury country house “il Mulino della Signora” in Frigento, redesigning its access from the slope of the hill, harmonizing an avenue that softly enters the property above a bottom of reconstituted native material, leading into an enclosed garden that serves as a parking lot for guests.
Walking among blooms and scents of lavandulas, re-flowering roses, Sarcococche, and Thulbaghie, one reaches the garden and the large plaza of the main entrance enhanced by a 19th-century fountain.
In the back, the more playful garden enriched by the swimming pool, nestled in the centuries-old olive grove, dotted with generous spheres of Buxus.
The garden of the suites enjoys a cottage garden of many colors and blooms, protecting the relaxation area facing each room, in front of which a country garden, among centuries-old Olive trees, rich in colors and scents, enhanced by a collection of Hydrangeas, Emerocallis, Acanthus, Rosemary, roses, enjoys an alternation of flowering throughout the spring-summer period.
A large vegetable garden with classical geometries in a triumph of scents gives kitchen herbs for the renowned restaurant.
